Building on our LED point-to-point links, we present LiFi 2.0: the next generation of optical wireless. Using high-power VCSEL arrays and low-noise APD receivers, we demonstrate a live 5 Gbps system with 60° FoV, enabled by imaging optics and IEEE 802.15.13-based DSP.
